Exciting offers

Haven't blogged for a while... can't believe it is the end of March already! This year is going really fast.

I can't believe all the emails I get to my work email address, offering me exciting opportunities to earn cash fast! All of them talk about earning money online, but none are saying exactly how this will be achieved hmmm. I wonder if anyone ever responds...

CSS

A module in my course is 'Networks and Web Technologies' and we are currently on the web technologies section and we are learning about CSS. I have had a mess about with CSS before but to be honest I didn't really understand the point of CSS, I was only interested in the results and so I ended up quite knarked off with it and gave up. I am enjoying it now though, as I am very interested in design (and I won't lie it makes a nice change to routing algorithms). I have been checking out CSS Zen Garden but I think it will be about a decade before I could do anything half as good. Still I'm enjoying having a play. And just having an understanding of CSS will probably come in handy for my work.

My assignment also has to pass the W3C standards checker. At first I got 157 errors which was quite hilarious, but I'm down to 0 now so there's hope for me yet.

Back to actual proper work related matters.... well it is going ok. Although it is slightly annoying that so many ISPs refuse to publish their email addresses on their pages, and instead use contact forms. I know they don't want to be spammed to death but if you are an online business surely you should publish proper contact details.

I got my blog back...

Hello, this is my first blog for a while as last week blogger thought my blog was a spam blog (when I realised this had been decided by an algorithm, rather than a person it didn't bother me), so I have been waiting for someone to check it out, and it has got the all clear - phew.

Right now my work is still concentrated on trying to obtain link exchanges with foriegn ISPs, and thats what I'm going to be doing today.

I'm going to be taking a break to watch "Eurovision Making Your Mind Up!" though! I love Eurovision! I always vote for the most hilarious act, and the bloke from the Darkness is my hot tip for this year - how low have the mighty fallen eh?

Anyway I don't think stand a chance as everyone hates us, and the Ukranians are going to walk it with this number:
